   sons playing under 10,s and have no idea of the rules of the game as do the coaches,eg offfside etc,could i be posted the rules.cheers.

     Hi, you can download the rules from here: http://www.footballaustralia.com.au/getinvolved/referee/resources
     There is no offside at U10. This rule applies first at U12 competitive 11-a-side and full size pitch football.
